ABOUT MTA

About Us

1 in 8 women experience a miscarriage or the loss of a child, and nobody expects to be the one. On October 20, 2020, the Campbell family became the 1, welcoming and saying goodbye to their sweet baby girl Alyah Marie Campbell. Although the world moved on, their life stood still as they held their 2 lb 12 oz, stillborn baby girl. After Alyah's birth, Founder Heather Campbell became aware of the 1 and saw a need for a safe space for women to grieve and heal after losing a child. A place and a community she so desperately desired.

"My daughter never took a breath, never stepped one foot on this earth, but changed our lives forever. She showed us what joy is. She showed us what living is. She showed us what love is." - Heather Campbell.

MTA Ministries Inc. was founded in April 2022. We believe there is Hope for Healing, and we don't have to do it alone. MTA Ministries' mission is to provide women with the resources and opportunities to find hope and healing through community, counseling, and creative expression. Our vision is to see mothers renewed, filled with a new hope, embracing a new way to honor and love their children.
